First year interest rate is guaranteed.
All other year's interest rates are declared annually with a "Target Interest Rate" equal to the "Bailout Rate" and a Guaranteed Minimum Interest Rate of 3.0%.
"Bailout" feature - If the renewal interest rate is ever less than the Target Rate/Bailout Rate, you may make a full or partial surrender of the annuity within 30 days without incurring any surrender charges.
$5,000 to $100,000 initial premium. Additional premiums option during first year, up to the amount of initial premium (non-qualified/non-IRA funds).
Owner must be 18-80 years old. If the owner is not a Natural Person, the Annuitant must be 18-80 years old.
Additional first year premiums also earn the first year guaranteed interest rate.
Up to 10% annual withdrawals without surrender charges after the first year.
