Change the Owner on your American Savings Policy

1. Download a Policy Ownership Change Form from below;
2. Open the document;
3. Fill in all blank fields in the form;
4. Print out the form;
5. Sign form;
6. Remember to have the new policy owner also sign the form;
7. Mail form to Company home office: American Savings Life Insurance Company
