We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and adapting as things evolve rapidly. With safety as our main objective, effective March 30, 2020, we are temporarily closing our Home Office lobby and suspending all in-person servicing at our Home Office without a prior appointment.
Rest assured, annuity payments and life insurance benefit payments will not be impacted by the closure of our lobby and will continue to be processed in a timely manner.
We remain here to serve you via digital and phone communications during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (AZ time). Our intent is to do as much work as possible by phone or email; however, If you need to schedule an in-person meeting, we will schedule those as needed. Please click here to contact us.
We encourage all payments to be made electronically. Please contact us by phone at 480-835-5000 to setup scheduled recurring payments or you may make a one-time payment. During this time, we will waive the pay-by-phone fee for the first payment and all subsequent payments once your account is setup with your banking information. You may also make a payment with a credit card or your bank account through our online payment portal. (There is a small fee charged by the third party who processes these online payments.)
