POLICY LOAN AGREEMENT - You have three choices for policy loans:
- Cash for a specific amount
- Cash for the maximum cash value available
- To pay the premium for a policy or policies
INTEREST RATE CHARGED: The interest rate charged on policy loans varies with different policy plans. Please contact our Home Office or refer to your life insurance policy to find out what interest rate your policy loan will have. Interest is charged annually in advance, so it is initially deducted from the amount of the loan.
Instructions on requesting a policy loan
To obtain a loan against your policy’s cash value, the Owner would need to do the following:
- Send the original signed Policy Loan Request Form (download form below)
