Access to the property is by Sun Land Gin Road, a paved road, from I-10 south through Arizona City to Lucky Acre Road. Turn left to the east on Lucky Acre Road, a graveled road, about .6 of a mile. Milligan Road the section line to the north is paved but Desert Park the half mile road to the south is not well traveled and is dirt. Phillips Road which is the section line to the south of the parcel is graveled. Street signs are not at all intersections. Lucky Acre Road is about ½ mile south of Milligan Road.
The land is level with some desert plants. The property does not have water, but the electric is on the north side of Lucky Acre Road. The property does not have sewer or gas. To build a home or install a mobile home the owner will need to install a septic system and arrange to share the neighbors well or install a new well on the property.
